out of Delano, MN. A leading manufacture of playground equipment, including a turning bar that broke while my client was on it, leaving her a quad at the age of 19.

Anyone dealt with these folks or know of other cases involving their equipment, especially the turning bar or monkey bar.

I have talked to one non-TLC lawyer from TX who says they are A-holes. I have a current scaring case with them were one of their tire swings broke at the weld on the overhead bar and clunked my young client on the head. These D-bags would not even give me their DEC page, claiming they had plenty to cover "the little scar" and my clients forehead. The are still refusing to pay a dime and are making us put that into litigation.

Well I found out through a contract they had with the city of Seattle that they have at least $8M in insurance and guess what that is not going to cover jack-crap in my "turning bar" case.

Any insight or thought would be grately appreciated.

SPEEDLIMIT  you can find MN lawyers who are Vietnam Combat Veterans !!!  They will help.

Veterans got cancer from "Depleted Uranium"!

As restitution for Pentagon lies and medical doctor willful complicity, Uncle Sam should have

a court-ordered "IONIZING RADIATION AND/OR TOXIC SUBSTANCE" class action lawyer

in every red or blue state.

"Be careful of the rut you choose!  You may be in it for the next 50 miles!", sign at the start of the Oregon Trail in the 1800's (& I was not there)

Loved your philosophy.  Try mine?

This is my second attempt at contacting you.  Speedlimit looks like he would like to sink his legal fangs into a legal career  --  Jefrey Leving "Daddie's rights" & Gerry Spence "God's Gift to America".

Election of President Obama actually muddied my legal situation in Chicago.

If the Navy taught me to fix radar in a box called an airplane,

can “B52-46-07” fix radar (Amana’s “RadarRange”) in a box called a microwave oven?

Your new pen pal (B52-46-07) writes poetry:          http://www.poetry.com Poet = Robert Byanski.

Please also check out:             http://www.thevirtualwall.org -- My Remembrances = Glen Ludban.

Hope you chuckle at my clumsy keyboarding and pickled-on-beer brain --

people skills worse than my clerical skills?

The VA did both my "Agent Orange" Exams with the same wrong blood test -- "SMAC-24".  I need a court order for a third one.  My brain tumor was diagnosed 8/1998.  I have been lucky with a slow-growing tumor.  I would trade my luck for a good lawyer & out of court settlement.  Getting Illinois to file the “Class Action” part of the Wyoming “DEPLETED URANIUM” Lawsuit is my dream coming true.  Uncle Sam needs a Wyoming lesson in the not hurting of Veterans and a “CEASE & DESIST” order barring the wrongful claiming of  "pre-existing condition"!

Besides working at INTeL (Santa Clara, CA) in 1978, Honeywell hired me as a Biomedical Electronics Technician from 10/1979 till 10/1980.  I worked in about 15 different hospitals in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, & West Palm Beach.  Let the US Attorney & FBI try to tell a big enough lie about that -- river boat officers from Texas.

“Spectral Kereotyping (spelled phonetically)” was on the History Channel twice.  I have it on my hard drive.  I have it on my “USB External Hard Drive” (just in case the “FBI” crashes my Gateway Laptop)!   “Spectral Kereotyping (spelled phonetically)” at Wayne State in Detroit is crucial for Veterans to get usual and customary health care for exposure to alpha particles in their lungs.

Lethal harm from “1960’s Agent Orange” is still destroying Veterans’ families in every red or blue state after the 1984 “$180-MILLION Out of Court Settlement”.  The stocks of the 7 chemical companies jumped 10% the day after the Federal Judge approved the out of court deal.  The increase in value after the decree should have been part of the settlement.

Where I worked from 1967 till (?) in the Navy Aviation Electronics & Star Wars Research Physics Labs (that were exempt from "OSHA Law") networking was not allowed in my job description.  Except, I was on the 1976 Union Carbide Product Safety Committee at 5700 W. Raymond in Indianapolis, the start of my "PARALEGAL" career.

Please allow me to be one of your paralegals?

Aloha,

Robert Byanski (B52-46-07) [Navy from 5/1967 till 2/1971]
